How does the free month work?
New members get their first 30 days of Basic free, once per person, with no payment details needed. It starts the first time you open your workspace. After that, Basic is KES 99 a month, or you can choose Monthly or Annual.
What's the difference between Basic and Monthly or Annual?
Basic lets you track up to 3 companies and sends push alerts twice a day (10:00 and 15:30 EAT), at most one per company. Monthly and Annual let you track up to 10 companies and send alerts as they happen.
How are alerts delivered?
As notifications on your phone or computer, even when NSE Radar is closed. Turn them on in Alerts once you're signed in. On iPhone, add NSE Radar to your Home Screen first. Email and SMS alerts aren't offered yet.
What happens when my plan or free month ends?
Unless your card renews automatically, your workspace locks until you choose a plan. Your watchlist, holdings and alerts are kept and come back as soon as you start a plan.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Only if you choose it. When you pay by card, tick "Renew automatically" and the payment provider (Paystack or Flutterwave) keeps your card and charges it each period at the price you signed up for, emailing you a receipt each time. Turn it off any time in Plans & billing and you keep the time already paid for. M-Pesa payments are approved on your phone each period, so they never renew on their own.
How do I pay?
With M-Pesa or a debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). M-Pesa payments are approved on your phone with your M-Pesa PIN; card payments are completed on the payment provider's own secure page. NSE Radar never sees your card number or PIN.

We refund duplicate charges, wrong amounts and payments that didn't give you access. See the Refunds & cancellations policy for the details.
Is NSE Radar investment advice?
